Terms Of Service

Service terms for mobile tire visits, scheduling, fleet work, and job-site requirements.

Effective date: March 8, 2026. Review the conditions that apply to bookings, work-site access, cancellations, and service limitations.

Service Requests

Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee availability. Service is confirmed only after dispatch review and a confirmed appointment window.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, tire, and site details, including any wheel lock information that may be required to complete the work.

Site Conditions

We may decline, reschedule, or stop service if the work location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for mobile tire work.

Examples include severe weather, insufficient clearance, unstable ground, restricted access, or property rules that prevent mobile service.

Repairs and Installations

Repairability depends on tire condition, puncture location, tread depth, and applicable safety guidance. Not all tires are safe to repair on-site.

Installation and balancing services are limited to wheel and vehicle combinations that fit within the capabilities of our mobile equipment.

Payments and Cancellations

Pricing, deposits, travel charges, and cancellation terms should be confirmed during booking. Additional fees may apply for out-of-zone visits, unusual fitment requirements, or blocked access on arrival.

Repeated no-shows or unsafe work locations may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future bookings.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
